At Hamari Asha, every product is handcrafted with care by our artisans. As a small, impact-driven initiative, we aim to ensure quality while maintaining sustainable operations.
Returns (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
To request a return, please email us at info@hamariasha.com with your order details. Returns will only be accepted after approval, and instructions will be shared accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with images. We will review and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
